SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL WATER WEEK
ROWING REGATTA
The event was held at Marina Barrage. Singapore Rowing Association would like to congratulate

for coming out as top three rowers at todays event.

Date & Time
The event will be held
on Sunday, 3rd July 2011 from 0800hrs to 1200hrs.
Place
Meeting point & launching of boats will be at Marina Barrage.
Race Format
Participants shall compete in single sculls only. Races will be
conducted in a knock-out format for 3 boats.
Example:
First Round-
3 boats compete;
Qualification- First 2 boats advance
to next round, last boat eliminated.
Second Round-
Depending on number of participants, 3 boats or 2 boats will compete;
Qualification- if 3 boats: first 2
boats advance to next round,
if 2 boats: first
boat advance to next round.
Third Round and on
(if enough participants) - Number of boats racing will be similar to second
round.
Qualification- only 1 boat will
advance to next round.
Final-
3 boats qualified first place from the last round would compete in finals.
Entry fees
Entry fees for event
will be capped at S$25 per boat.
Prize
Prize will be awarded to the finalists of the event.
