Nadzrie Hyckell Hamzah(above, left),18 and Saiyidah Aisyah Md Rafa'ee(above,right),22, took part in the World Rowing Championships 2010 at Lake Karapiro, New Zealand from 31 October 2010 to 7 November 2010.
Nazdrie, rowing only for the second time at a big scale event after being among the participants for M1X at the recent inaugural Singapore Youth Olympic Games 2010 held in August,clocked his personal best time of
7 minutes 58.85 seconds in the FINAL C event.
Yeong Waimun(below) represented Singapore at the recent 16th Asian Games, Guangzhou, China from 14 November to 19 November 2010. Like Nadzrie at the World Champs, Wai Mun also clocked his personal best time of
7 minutes 29.12 seconds during his FINAL B event against Kazakhstan, Philippines and Sri Lanka.
