International Regattas at Pandan Reservoir

Singapore Rowing Association (SRA) is proud to be hosting two prestigious international rowing events on our very own Pandan Reservoir. Held between 30 May - 1 June, the Southeast Asia Rowing Championships (SEARF) would be expecting to see Southeast Asia's best rowers from countries around the region namely, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Vietnam. SEARF would serve as a very important event for our fellow Singapore rowers as they would fight it all out to qualify for a spot in the upcoming SEA Games in November later this year.

Right after, between 2 June - 5 June, SRA would be holding their annual regatta, the Asia Cup Championships (previously known as the Merlion Championships). The stakes for this event is higher as there will be more competition coming from all around Asia with the likes of those from Uzbekistan, Hong Kong, and Korea. Spectators are expected to be standing on their feet as they watch these adrenaline-pumping events as rowers race against each other to be named Asia's best.

Also, spectators can now enjoy the race from the newly built Pandan Amenities Centre (map and direction located below). Don't miss this opportunity to catch these exciting events. Come down with your family and friends and enjoy the view of Pandan Reservoir (the sunsets seen here are gorgeous, by the way) as well as support the rowers on water!
The race schedule will be out soon!

Here are the details:
Venue: Pandan Amenities Centre
Dates: 30 May - 5 June
Time: 10am-1pm
How to get there: Bus 78 from Jurong East Bus Interchange

See you there!
